About Haskell County Court Docket

Haskell County court dockets are divided among the County Clerk, District Clerk, 39th Judicial District Court, Justice Court, and municipal courts. re:SearchTX adds a statewide public search layer, but it does not replace the office that maintains the original file. We built this private reference site to explain those routes and help readers reach an official portal, address, or phone number with the right court already identified.

Why We Built This Site

Texas permits public access to many court records, but the practical challenge in Haskell County is finding the maintaining office. Cindy Walker's County Clerk handles county-level, probate, and county civil files. Cynthia Jones's District Clerk handles 39th District Court files. re:SearchTX can locate available public indexes and filings after sign-in, while the court or clerk confirms the current record. We organize those distinct contacts, search routes, access limits, and request steps without suggesting that one database contains every case.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to a Texas court, clerk, or government agency. Our role has firm limits:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
